Warranty

Under no circumstances can DKonnect ship out replacement goods before the warranty items have been received. Please do not ask for this as refusal often offends.

Any goods that are returned and found not to be faulty will incur a $45.00 inc GST minimum testing fee. Freight charges incurred to receive the item will be in addition to this testing fee. Goods found not to be faulty will be returned at the customer's cost.

DKonnect requests all customers to research products before finalizing an online order and ensure the correct item and quantity are ordered, and your correct shipping address is shown.

Please notify us via email ONLY regarding products that are incompatible or faulty within 7 days of receiving the item, however change of mind returns after goods have been shipped are generally not accepted, in line with ACL (Australian Consumer Law) as per ACCC.

DKonnect reserve the right to reject any returns unless goods are returned in original packaging and include complete accessories and bundled items. Return of products that have been physically damaged, modified, tampered or have had manufacturer labels removed, will not be accepted for warranty purposes under ANY circumstances.

If you have received a product that does not appear to be working, DKonnect always recommends contacting our store for assistance (Call us on 03 9689 8255).

DOA stands for Dead on Arrival. The time-frame of a DOA product is 14 days; this is not from when you placed the online order or when your order was invoiced/dispatched. This time-frame is when you physically took possession of the item from the courier, the delivery date.

Unfortunately DKonnect does not decide which of these will be provided and will vary from case to case. The manufacturer will try to repair the original unit when possible; however this will depend on the product and the fault that is occurring.

 

Repair

All of our repairs will be covered by a 30 days warranty period on repair parts. Please note the warranty does not cover accidental damages and receipt must be produced when submitting a claim.

We only use manufacturer original parts for our repairs, however, when original parts are not available, we will try to sort out the best quality replacement parts and confirm with you before any repair jobs are carried out.

Prices on repair quotes are subject to change without notice depends on the availability of parts and labor costs.
