Aspera F28 combines the classic functionality of the flip design with beautiful styling to create a perfect solution for those not requiring a smartphone.

The main display is large at 2.8” and the external screen displays caller ID and message notifications. If the caller is saved as a contact their name will display when their call is received.

Big tactile buttons make for easy keypad usage, and the keypad also includes 2 programmable Easy dial keys which allow one touch speed dialing for frequently used numbers. In addition, up to 8 more speed dial numbers can be set for the keypad numbers.

An integrated SOS button on the back cover can be set up to dial emergency contacts when pressed for 3 seconds. Inclusion of Telecoil 4 technology allows the F28 to be used with compatible hearing aid devices.

The included charging cradle makes charging easy, simply place it in the cradle and the indicator light will show red when the phone is charging and then change to green when fully charged.

F28 is unlocked and has all required 3G frequencies, so you can use it on any Australian or New Zealand 3G network.

DKonnect requests all customers to research products before finalizing an online order and ensure the correct item and quantity are ordered, and your correct shipping address is shown. Please notify us via email ONLY regarding products that are incompatible or faulty within 7 days of receiving the item, however change of mind returns after goods have been shipped are generally not accepted, in line with ACL (Australian Consumer Law) as per ACCC. DKonnect reserve the right to reject any returns unless goods are returned in original packaging and include complete accessories and bundled items. Return of products that have been physically damaged, modified, tampered or have had manufacturer labels removed, will not be accepted for warranty purposes under ANY circumstances.

Shipping

Once your order has been processed, we'll verify your payment details. This can take up to 24 hours.

Cost per Shipment

Australia Post 1-3 days after dispatch. Monday - Friday $7.90 Express , $0 Standard for order over $59.

Toll Priority 1-2 days after dispatch Monday - Friday Express for metro areas $12.90 Express, $0 Standard for order over $59.

General handling time for most orders is 1-2 working days. Once the item is dispatched, it should arrive within 2-3 working days as per Australia Post and Toll priority schedule. All orders placed on the weekend including Friday will be dispatched on Monday For those who live outside metro areas or regional centres, delivery may extend to 7 working days. We'll email you tracking details for your order once it's been dispatched so you can stay up to date with your delivery.

CAN DKONNECT PROVIDE A REPLACEMENT PRODUCT BEFORE RECEIVING THE FAULTY ITEM? Under no circumstances can DKonnect ship out replacement goods before the warranty items have been received. Please do not ask for this as refusal often offends.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I RETURN A PRODUCT THAT IS FOUND TO BE NON-FAULTY?? Any goods that are returned and found not to be faulty will incur a $45.00 inc GST minimum testing fee. Freight charges incurred to receive the item will be in addition to this testing fee. Goods found not to be faulty will be returned at the customer's cost.

I HAVE RECEIVED A “DOA” (DEAD ON ARRIVAL) PRODUCT, WHAT SHOULD I DO? If you have received a product that does not appear to be working, DKonnect always recommends contacting our store for assistance (Call us on 03 9689 8255).

WHAT IS A “DOA” PRODUCT? DOA stands for Dead on Arrival. The time-frame of a DOA product is 14 days; this is not from when you placed the online order or when your order was invoiced/dispatched. This time-frame is when you physically took possession of the item from the courier, the delivery date.

WILL THE MANUFACTURER PROVIDE A NEW REPLACEMENT OR REPAIR THE ORIGINAL PRODUCT? Unfortunately DKonnect does not decide which of these will be provided and will vary from case to case. The manufacturer will try to repair the original unit when possible; however this will depend on the product and the fault that is occurring.
